My son Daniel Scott went to a Dentist Visit at Rayview Dental located 10016 E 67th St Raytown, MO 64133. The phone number is 816-737-3400. On 8/13/2015, he got a general cleaning. I was charged $322 for the service. Even though, I had Dentegra Insurance. Wendy who is the receptionist admitted to making mistake. She had an out of network Dentist to clean my son's teeth. She stated I owed $79 for the service. But, she will not remove the $322 bill. I reported Rayview Dental to BBB.org. Dentegra will is making it difficult to get the $79 check for the service. Wendy made me deal with the claim because she made a mistake. They want to charge the bill off to collections. I have notified a Supervisor Karmen at Dentegra about the issue. I want this issue resolved. Dr. Samson Lui who owns Rayview Dental . Daniel Scott DOB 6/1/2008 (Ashley Williams -mother) bill should be taken care of account #006124. Rayview makes up to 1 million dollars is it by over pricing services and making patients pay out of pocket? Do you care that business has hired incompetent people. Do you care that a complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau?
